Gosh! It's May, last post January, doesn't really matter as this is the least read blog in the world, even I don't read it, just occasionally type random stupidness and hit post button.
Anyhoo, it's summer (or nearest thing to it, considering it's Scotland!), so we'll call this the Summer Edition.
So I just did what normal people do when bored in front of a pc and should really be turning attention to more important pressing issues, I googled myself! I like to do this every so often just to make sure i haven't shot to fame and not noticed, because if I had then I should really go shave my legs and get a fake tan (normally reserved for special occasions like holidays), but No! I can relax and stay pale and hairy (nice!) as I am still unknown in the cyber world, however, all is not lost as I have discovered a shoe has been named after me (well probably both shoes). If you would like to view said shoes go here:

Oh! **newsflash** a dress too has been named after me!

Ironically, neither I would be seen dead in! And, yes, i realise that they were not named after me personally, but hey! get it where you can.
So knitting wise - nada, too busy with housey stuff, buying selling etc. it's all getting rather tedious, and wish it was just a done deal, it willl be so nice to hoover different carpets and clean different bathrooms and kitchen! Ah! the lovely life of a housewife...hmmm.
My (Our) wedding anniversary is on Monday, 8 years. This was the one area where I found "me" on the net - Cj (brother in law) still has photos of our wedding on his website, very nice to look back on - they are here:
http://www.skomer.u-net.com/wedding/wedding.htm
I'm the one in the big white dress - duh!
Happy about: Going on holiday to Belgium centreparcs with hubby and kiddies, so looking forward to us all being together and having fun.
Can't Wait to: Pass my driving test so I can be Freeeeeeee and help with driving on hols.
Bemused by: social networking sites, I get the idea but a lot of it just seems very superficial, people you don't really know, will never meet and will probably forget about after a month, I do like the sharing photos and videos bit of it tho. I think I'll probably not venture further than Friends Reunited, I got a message from someone on there yesterday, rather embarrassingly it was my first not-really-proper boyfriend, he has a My Space page so that was rather interesting to see that he looks pretty much the same, older, fatter, still into same stuff as over 20 years ago!
At least he does actually produce music, which I haven't got round to listening to yet, so the My Space page is warranted, but again, something like 150000000 "friends" - oh I'm just jealous!!!
Anyhoo, time to go do the stuff I should be doing....oooh the list is endless, laundry, dishes, showering, making seat covers, tidying house blah blah bloody blah - think I need to go buy a cheer-up lipstick : )
Well Ciao avid readers (in my mind!!!!)
Gx
Oh! and if you are bored too, which you will be after reading this, then why don't you count the number of these !!!!! in this post... please feel free to let me know, there will be a prize for the only person in the world who has nothing better to do than that. Here's a few to start you of 1. ! 2. ! 3. !

Smiley Wednesday
Things to be happy about:
Tesco delivered my shopping, including my dinky wee bottle of Jack and fags too!! I just love that you can get things like that delivered!
However, the lightbulb saga continues... first there was the low energy one which don't work on touch lamps, then I bought large screw fittings instead of small, and now, Tesco substituted bayonet fitting bulbs (at three times the price!) as they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock!!! Sake!
Dad called to ask if I would like him to pick up Boo from school, Yes!
I finally managed to get the much sought after early night last night so am not too tired today.
My lunch with Pauline was cancelled, which I don't mind as I'm having a very domestic day, and slowly the house is looking better.
I am getting a chance to do some knitting on my Fiesta Scarflette for Hazel, ooh it 's yummy, hope she likes it, for some reason in the back of my mind, I think she may be allergic to wool, well, I can always make an alpaca one for her.
My theory test is all booked up for mid feb. , just need to get busy with the studying now. The forms I need to update my driving licence from the old papyrus one I have are in the post.
So jolly good, I'll just keep on ignoring the other stuff and think about the happy things.
All very mundane but I feel better for writing it down.
Ciao

Well, lucky for me a blog is not a real living thing like a pet, cos if it was, this one would be long dead, having not been watered or fed for nigh on 3 months, not to mention the complete lack of toilet access or exercise. Still, we can all relax as it is just a bit of scribbly paper on a screen and not a pet - phew! The smell would, I imagine, be considerably worse than the lobby downstairs, which is still smelly in spite of the vast volumes of Oust! I have spayed into it over the last week. The gales we had the other night did help to freshen it a bit though.
What a weird, sort of nothing week this has been, just waiting for it to go now really. Most nights have been spent doing not much whilst waiting for kiddies to be quiet and sleep and continue sleeping for more than an hour at a time. Attempted a few bits and pieces of knitting, but nothing lasted more than a few rows, just waiting for inspiration I suppose, and maybe my eyes to stop shutting everytime I sit down.
The Nutcracker today with Boo was highlight of week, felt good to be a) out of the house b) doing something new and exciting with Boo. Or as a lady in front of me in the toilet queue said "nice wee change from watching the tv", definately another candidate for "should get out more often".
So a nothingy week makes for a nothingy blog, yawn, sorry. I'll go and try and have a more interesting life to write about next time. For now, my early night has slipped past me again, It's half eleven and time for pooching.
Goodnight.
